For the Sales Support internship we are looking for an initiative-rich and enthusiastic HBO student who dares to take responsibility. We also think it is important that you can work independently but also in a team. You are critical, accurate, organized, enthusiastic, creative and communicative. In this position it is important that you both master the Dutch and English language. If you have any knowledge of Sales, AccorHotels or the French language, that is certainly in your favor. The internship involves a minimum period of 6 months (preferably longer). Your location is the AccorHotels Support Office Nederland at Schiphol.
During your graduation internship Sales Support you offer support in planning, organizing and coordinating work within the Sales department. During your Sales Support internship you will be directed and supervised by the Sales Support Supervisor and Sales Support Project Manager.
A small selection of activities that are part of the Sales Support graduate internship is assisting the account manager with planning, preparing, attending and following up on customer appointments. You help coordinate and organize national and international trade fairs and / or sales missions and you ensure professional follow-up. In addition, you are busy drafting, checking, processing and communicating contracts and you keep the AccorHotels Database up-to-date. Of course you also support Sales, during projects, research, administrative work and marketing and communication activities during your internship. But you will also get a number of your own projects that you can work out independently.There is also a possibility to combine the internship with a study for your study.

What does this internship entail?
The Sales Support team consists of 7 people, including 2 trainee (s). As a Sales Support BeNeLux department, we are responsible for supporting the Sales colleagues in the BeNeLux. Which in turn are responsible for attracting and retaining all customers in the Netherlands. In addition, as the Sales Support Team, we also offer support to commercial contacts in the hotels and we offer service to customers if necessary. We also take care of maintaining and optimizing all sales processes and the efficient and correct processing of all information flows. The Sales Support Team provides all support for the Sales department in the BeNeLux.
