structure? Then ibis budget hotel located next to Schiphol Airport is the opportunity
for you!
What are you going to do?
As a Team member Host you are the first point of
contact for the guests. You are responsible for checking in and out of the
guests and you dare to go the extra mile to make their stay fantastic. This
also includes associated administrative work. You also know the city and what
there is to do, you can tell the guests everything about the area and the city
of Amsterdam. You are also responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet and
you monitor the safety of the hotel.
Who are we looking for?
For the position of Team member Host we are
looking for a new colleague who can work full time or part time! It is of
importance that you are hospitable, “out-going” and have a human touch with
your own identity. Furthermore you are service oriented, independent and can
keep an overview of safety for the guest and your colleagues. You work
efficient and are stress resistant. Ibis budget is 24/7 open and because of
that we are looking for someone who can work morning- day- and night shifts. In
addition, we have a lot of international guest and is it of importance that you
can speak English and (try to learn to) speak Dutch. Also you are not afraid to
make conversation with the guest to give them the ‘feel Welcome’ feeling. Finally
you always think problem-solving and are able to handle accurately in different
situations.
