We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor who is able to set a diverse team in motion and inspire them. Are you the supervisor with lots of experience in the hotel branch? Do you have the skills, humor and manager ability to make the guest and your colleagues feel at home? Then you are the supervisor we are looking for!

What do we expect

As Front Office Supervisor you are responsible for the operational course of events in the department. You work closely with your colleagues and the manager. You are someone who searches for the best efficiency and challenge yourself and the others. In addition, you know how to use every commercial opportunity skillfully and you actively make proposals for improving results and increasing turnover. You ensure that the quality and service level within the hotel is maintained and optimized. Also:

  • You Coordinate and arrange the reception activities;
  • Manage employees in exchange shifts;
  • You can plan efficiently;
  • Coach, guide and develop the team;
  • Optimize the department and upsell.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is willing to work either fulltime or parttime. For the vacancy of Front Office Supervisor at ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport we are looking for someone who is hospitable and a service oriented colleague. You are able to make an genuine connection with the international guests and give them a proper “Feel welcome” feeling. Coaching is one of the goals in this department, in this do we expect some experience. By asking the right questions and listening carefully to the employees, you know what they need and dare to take it a step further. In addition you have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position in the Hospitality branch and  have the right communicative- and social skills.
