What
are you going to do?
At Novotel Amsterdam City you have the
opportunity to be yourself, because we believe that when you are the best
version of yourself you can provide the best possible service to our
guests. As our Front Office receptionist, you will be the first and final
contact point for our guests. You ensure that their check-in or check-out runs
smoothly and you assist them with all their questions or requests! You will
also perform general administrative duties belonging to the Front Office
department. Of course you won’t do this alone, but with your 24 team members!
Who
are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing team
member, who has a true passion for hospitality, likes to work within a team, is
flexible with an eye for detail. Besides this you have;

Preferably, previous experience in Front Office;
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent
knowledge of the English language and preferably also Dutch;
·
Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with
similar systems.

A gross salary starting from € 2.221,54 gross per month based on a 38-hour work week (the
salary offered by us is 7.5% higher than the Horeca CAO scale 5);
