In the housekeeping department, you fulfill an important role in realizing the guests’ wishes. You ensure that every room looks perfect on a daily base and that guests feel welcome, respecting the standards we set. Together with your colleagues, you guarantee that guests feel “home away from home”!
That means that you change the bedlinnen and make the bed. Also, you vacuum the room, clean the furniture, clean the bathroom and check if the room needs other improvements. In short, you can help us to keep the promise we made towards our guests.
Of course, you also take on other necessary tasks in agreement with your supervisor and manager.
You can expect a good salary based on the “horeca collective agreements” scale III (which we by the way indexed each year, even after the official disappearance of such). On top of that, you can expect a good bonus agreement, which, depending on the organizational and personal targets, can be up to 7,5% of your yearly salary. On top of that, based on a 5-day work week, we do give 25 vacation days annually.
