For our F&B department we are looking for an enthusiastic independent working cook who, together with our team, takes on the challenge to maintain our food quality, which we hold in the utmost importance.
As an independently working cook, you take care of all day-to-day activities within our dynamic kitchen department; from breakfast, a la carte dinner in our open kitchen, to arranging lunch and dinners for our 9 meeting rooms.
What sort of thing will you do?

  • Carrying out all regular mise-en-place activities.
  • Carrying out the preparations of the dishes according to the guidelines and procedures.
  • Preparing the dishes for the a la carte restaurant.
  • Preparing and preparing the dishes and buffets for our meeting rooms.
  • Guaranteeing product quality.
  • Cleaning the working environment, kitchen equipment and machines, in accordance with HACCP rules.
  • Compliance with the regulations in the field of safety, HACCP.
  • Contributing to menu creation.

Who are you?

  • You are responsible and have a high regard for the guest experience;
  • You are flexible 7 days a week, morning and evening and a real team player
  • You have at least 2 to 5 years of work experience in the kitchen
  • You have a relevant education
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
